From first visit to a floor you can live on.

No surprises, no floor laid on a subfloor that isn’t ready. Four steps, the same on every job.

Survey & quote

Oleh visits to measure the room, check the subfloor and understand what you want. You get a reliable, itemised quote — the step most customers say others skipped, throwing out a number instead.

Acclimatise & prepare

Wood is delivered ahead of fitting and left in the room to acclimatise, so it settles to your home before it goes down. The subfloor is levelled and prepared — the groundwork a lasting floor depends on.

Lay & fit

Boards, herringbone or parquet are set out and fitted with care around the room's real shape. Rooms that aren't square get a solution worked out on site — reviewers say you would never know.

Sand, finish & tidy

The floor is sanded and finished with oil or lacquer to the look you chose, then everything is left spotless. Reviewers note there was hardly any dust and the room was cleaned down on completion.
